America Online subsidiary Netscape Communications signed with The FORTUNE Group to provide users of the Netscape Netcenter service direct access
to a
selection of FORTUNE’s business news, columns and features.

FORTUNE Group, publisher of business magazines FORTUNE, FSB: FORTUNE Small
Business and eCompany Now, is a subsidiary of Time-Warner, which is being
acquired by AOL.

FORTUNE will provide Netcenter users with access to FORTUNE’s top business
news headlines and online features and it will be prominently featured on
the Netcenter home page and on various Netcenter channels, including
Business, Personal Finance, Career Center and Research & Learn.

Financial
arrangements were not disclosed.

Over the next few months, the scope of the agreement will be expanded so that
Netcenter users will have access to more of the features, breaking news and
lists offered by The FORTUNE Group’s family of business magazines.

This announcement builds on a series of agreements made since the Jan. 10
announcement of the merger agreement between America Online
and Time Warner .
Last month Time Warner’s CNN Interactive became the premier news partner
for Netcenter.
