New Application Provides Real-Time “Lost Sale” Analysis

E-commerce analysis company FollowUp.Net added a new Web site analysis
tool called CartTrakker to its suite of customer profiling applications.

CartTrakker is designed to tell Internet merchants why their customers
abandon a shopping cart before completing a purchase.

“Over half of all shopping carts are abandoned before check-out,” said Chris
Woods, CEO of FollowUp.Net. “With our CartTrakker application, Web merchants
can automatically intercept shoppers who leave their shopping carts and learn
why they didn’t buy.”

FollowUp.Net also markets services that ProfileTrakker, SurveyTrakker,
SiteTrakker, PulseTrakker , WarrantyTrakker, CallTrakker and PurchaseTrakker.

Customers include Priceline.com, CDNow, VerticalOne, Arthur Andersen and Deloitte Touche.
FollowUp also supplies its solutions to smaller businesses through strategic
partnerships with vendors such as Intel, IBM, HP and InterShop.
