Pandesic LLC announced this week a
number of new additions to its electronic commerce package, including
hosting services and an end-to-end e-business solution.

The joint venture formed by Intel and SAP reports it will make available to
online merchants hosted versions of its e-business solution that can be
installed and maintained by Pandesic or a Pandesic hosting partner.

Vendors will be able to choose among three different plans, with
installation fees ranging from $5,000 to $100,000, depending on the
vendor’s service and maintenance needs. The plans will include Windows NT,
Microsoft SQL Server, Microsoft Internet Information Server (IIS), Pandesic
Application Software, R/3, Cybercash, Taxware, and Citibank Worldlink.

The Pandesic e-business solution, available for $100,000, is an end-to-end
bundled electronic commerce system that a merchant or designated third
party administers. The solution comprises software, services, and hardware,
including order processing, shipping and handling, and payment processing
applications.
