Prospera Inc. and Perwill Ltd. formed an alliance to
strengthen their abilities to deliver e-commerce solutions to the global
marketplace.

Both Prospera, of Philadelphia PA, and Perwill, headquartered in Alton,
Hampshire, England, are long time suppliers in the e-commerce and Electronic
Data Interchange industries, with both companies having been in business for
at least 15 years.

Under terms of the agreement, Prospera will have the lead responsibility
for the selling, service, and support of Perwill’s AS400 and UNIX products
throughout North, Central and South America.

The products will be sold in addition to Prospera’s current product lines, which include the Visual EDI family of desktop and server products, and Prospera’s latest offering for Internet-based EDI, ezitrade.

Similarly, Perwill will take the lead position in Europe for the selling, service and support of both companies’ products.
