RSW Software, BroadVision Form Strategic Partnership

May 5, 1999

RSW Software, a provider of Web
application testing software and a business unit of Teradyne Inc., formed a
partnership to become the preferred automated Web application testing vendor
for BroadVision’s wide range of
“One-To-One” applications.

The new partnership is a response to the market’s increasing demand for full
life cycle testing solutions that can quickly validate the performance and
functionality of personalized e-business applications, BroadVision said.
Financial arrangements were not disclosed.

RSW’s e-TEST Suite was selected based on its ease of use, tight integration
between functional and load testing, and ability to work “out of the box”
with BroadVision applications.

“Our partnership with RSW will mean that our
development group,
consultants and customers will have a quick and easy way to validate
BroadVision applications before and after they go live,” said Eric Golin, chief technology officer and vice president of product management at BroadVision.

RSW said it will become a BroadVision technology partner and work closely
with BroadVision’s development team to optimize the capabilities of e-TEST
Suite for One-To-One applications.
