Sigma6 Interactive Media Inc. and AGIS said they entered into a strategic
alliance to provide complete multimedia, global communication and Internet-
based services.

Sigma6’s Internet solutions technology, including Web hosting and other
interactive electronic commerce applications, combined with AGIS’ Internet
backbone and enhanced data communication services, will enable both companies
to meet the growing demands of their customers, the firms said.

Each company will act as a reseller for the other’s services to provide one-
stop shopping to their respective customers.

“We are excited to offer our reliable, cost-effective Web presence hosting
services to an expanded base of AGIS business customers while also gaining the
ability to offer AGIS’ outstanding data services to our own customers and
prospects,” said Russell Zack, president of Sigma6.

“The premiere
interactive technology of Sigma6 provides AGIS with the ability to extend
service offerings to include web hosting and advanced e-commerce
solutions,”said Farooq Hussain, executive vice president of AGIS.

Sigma6 has offices in Detroit and New York that provide the full range of
interactive solutions for clients in the automotive, packaged goods,
entertainment, and advertising industries.

AGIS, founded in 1994, provides a full suite of ATM, SONET, Frame Relay,
Virtual Private Networking, collocation, and dial and dedicated Internet
access services to millions of users through its customer base of carriers,
LECs, CLECs, ISPs, content providers, and large corporations.
