Secure Internet payment services provider Trivnet Inc. signed a partnership agreement
with Reciprocal, a global digital rights
management (DRM) services leader, to offer its WiSP Internet payment option
to merchants and ISPs.

Reciprocal will integrate WiSP payments into its DRM services. WiSP is a
secure Internet payment service that allows buyers to instantly purchase
goods online, which are automatically charged to the user’s selected ISP,
telco or credit card account.

Based on a patented automatic identification and billing technology software,
WiSP eliminates the need for online buyers to pre-register, enter pin
numbers, download software or disclose credit card information.

Reciprocal’s
Digital Clearing Service is a turnkey solution enabling owners, aggregators
and distributors of music, text,
software, film, and video, to distribute and sell content over the Internet
while protecting and ensuring the rights of copyright owners.

“There is a significant need in today’s e-commerce marketplace to make online
purchasing of digital goods, particularly low-cost items, more convenient,
secure and manageable,” said John Schwarz, president and chief executive officer of Reciprocal.

” Trivnet’s patented technology provides one of the most comprehensive and
secure payment offerings on the market today.”

Financial arrangements between the two companies were not disclosed.
