Application Design Services (ADS) and STORServer(R) Inc. this week announced an alliance to provide businesses in the northeast with data protection services.

“The appetite for information is the fastest growing segment for the enterprise,” said Mark Ohrenberger, Chief Operating Officer at ADS. “The challenge is to make the process of back-up, storage & recovery as seamless as possible to the user. STORServer protects the multiple forms of data that an enterprise must manage today with a minimum of effort, and then consolidates and stores the information for future use. Our partnership with STORServer enables us to bring this best-in-class solution to our market.”

The companies describe the STORServer backup appliance as a fully automated solution, integrated, installed, tested, verified, trained & supported by a nation-wide service organization. STORServer provides all the function required in a data management restore and recovery environment including storage (backup), archiving, and disaster recovery.

“We are pleased to form a relationship with ADS to provide STORServer to the northeast market,” said John Pearring, President of STORServer Inc. “They have a first-rate reputation for bringing total solutions to their loyal customer base. Application Design Services has given us a significant advantage to win business in the region.”
