Brocade Launches Federal Fabric Partner Program

Brocade Communications Systems, Inc. announced the expansion of its support for government agency customers with the launch of the Brocade Federal Fabric Partner Program.


According to the company, the addition of eight new, Brocade trained and authorized systems integrators and Value Added Resellers (VARs) expands sales, service, and support options for federal agencies. The first partners authorized to sell and support Brocade products include value added distributor Bell Microproducts and Federal Fabric Partners, including ComTeq Federal, GMR, Northrop Grumman Information Technology, GTSI Corp., IMS Systems, Marzik, Promark Technology, SMS Data Products Group, Inc., and ViON Corporation.


Using Brocade SilkWorm fabric switches, Brocade said agencies can connect servers with storage devices through a SAN.
