Storage Networking vendor CNT(R) today announced that it has acquired Articulent, a privately held storage management services company. CNT says the acquisition of Articulent strengthens CNT’s storage services organization.

According to CNT, Articulent brings more than 12 years of storage management experience to CNT. With the acquisition, CNT gains Articulent’s family of integrated storage solutions including consulting, implementation and managed services. Further, CNT more than doubles its staff of storage consultants to over hundred.

“Articulent has an excellent reputation and valued expertise in the storage solutions industry. This acquisition augments CNT’s strong services offering, provides us with a greater presence in the managed services marketplace and strengthens our ability to service East Coast customers,” said Tom Hudson, chairman, president and chief executive officer of CNT.
