Columbia Data Products(TM) (CDP) today announced it would participate in a panel discussion at Network Storage 2001 in Monterey, California on June 11th that will cover new technologies in the data protection space.
CDP says it will lead a discussion on why current snapshot technologies such as CDP’s PSM(TM) and Network Appliance’s Data-on-Tap(TM) software are replacing tape backup as the primary data protection for business server applications.
