Emulex Corp. today announced that Hitachi Data Systems has certified the Emulex LP8000S SBus host bus adapter for use in its Freedom SAN enterprise solutions.

The Emulex LP8000S SBus host bus adapter is optimized for Sun Microsystems’ servers and provides the flexibility and broad interoperability to enable connectivity between SBus servers and highly scalable enterprise SANs.
