Punch Networks Corp. today announced that its product, Punch WebGroups, is now available at IBM Web site’s Small Business Center.

According to the company, Punch WebGroups allows users to instantly create a secure place on the Web for group file storage and sharing, without the need for special software or involvement from technical professionals. It also includes document management features, like version tracking, audit trails, access rights controls, and check-in/out functionality.

“This agreement can put us in front of an incredibly well-qualified audience of small business and home office users,” said John Williams, Punch’s President and Chief Operating Officer. “Applications like ours that offer robust file storage and management features have typically been out of reach, both technically and financially, for small business and home office users. Through this agreement these customers can now experience enterprise-level functionality at an affordable price.”
