VeriStor Systems today announced it will resell the full line of data recovery and backup products from UniTrends Software, including UniTrends’ Backup Professional storage management software.

“Our customers increasingly require data protection that is reliable, easy to operate and reduces their operating costs,” said Murray Granger, VeriStor’s Executive Director of Sales. “UniTrends products meet those requirements, allowing us to deliver superior recovery solutions at a price point far below the competition. We particularly like UniTrends’ integrated bare metal restore features, as well as the company’s ongoing commitment to long-term relationships with channel partners such as VeriStor.”

UniTrends’ suite of backup, restore and crash recovery products offer disk-to-disk and file-by-file tape backup, complete bare metal integrated crash recovery, remote administration, lights-out scheduling and unparalleled ease of use across all of today’s leading business computing platforms, including Microsoft Windows, UNIX, Linux, Solaris and more.

“VeriStor has taken a leading position throughout the Southeast, by helping its customers adopt storage networking technologies that enable them to manage their rapid growth of corporate-critical information,” said Steve Schwartz, President of UniTrends. “VeriStor’s industry veterans offer significant experience in this field; their decision to showcase UniTrends’ products to their clients is a clear validation of our commitment to become the data protection partner of choice for our channel partners and their customers.”
