Agilera, an Englewood, Colo-based full-service ASP today announced the launch of its Expand Partner Program. The program is designed to provide telecommunication and managed service provider (MSP) partners with value-added applications management services that they can sell to their customers.

Telecom and MSPs can take advantage of Agilera’s core competencies in enterprise application management without investing resources or assuming risk. Partners will be able to leverage Agilera’s experience with Agile, J.D. Edwards, Lawson, Oracle, SAP and Siebel Systems software to offer customers a consistent, predictable solution backed by a service level agreement (SLA).

“Agilera telecommunication and MSP partners will have a new outlet that capitalizes on the benefits of outsourcing — risk mitigation, application optimization and lower total cost of ownership (TCO),” said James D. Wright, Agilera vice president of corporate development. “Our program offers telecom and MSPs a means to augment the range of their customer services and gain a competitive advantage in today’s volatile marketplace.”

Agilera cited the following benefits of its Expand Partner Program:

  • Leveraging existing customer base to drive ongoing revenue streams
  • Expanded applications services to better use existing data center space and bandwidth
  • Reduced risk and time-to-market through partnering versus organically growing applications management business
  • Better insight into the customer’s business by becoming an integral part of that business
  • Continued control and ownership of client relationship
