Agiliti Adds Intershop, Vignette and InfoSpace

Agiliti Inc. today announced that it now offers businesses a full portfolio of rentable eCommerce services through agreements with established application developers and service providers Intershop Communications (NASDAQ:ISHP), Vignette Corporation (NASDAQ:VIGN) and InfoSpace.

Through these agreements, Agiliti customers now have access to systems for managing online buying and selling, web information services and applications.

Through Agiliti’s network of software companies, infrastructure providers and professional service firms, customers can access multiple applications through a single sign-on, pay through a single monthly invoice, and receive application management, reporting and support from a single point of contact.

eCommerce applications available immediately through Agiliti are Intershop 4 and Intershop enfinity, Vignette’s V/5 eBusiness Application Platform and InfoSpace’s advanced private label commerce, information and communication infrastructure applications and services.

In addition to these eCommerce applications, Agiliti also offers a wide variety of applications and services through its Business Services and IT Services portfolios. Agiliti’s Business Services include leading customer relationship management, sales force automation and financial management applications, while Agiliti’s IT Services include remote access, network security and a variety of managed hosting services. These applications are delivered through Agiliti’s independent Solution Partners, including accounting firms, systems integrators, web developers and vertical market specialists.
