Concur Gets Prime Real Estate

Concur Technologies, Inc., the Redmond, Wash.-based provider of Corporate Expense Management solutions, today announced a customer win with one of the nation’s largest real estate development and management firms.

The Rouse Company,has selected Concur Expense, Concur’s travel and expense (T&E) application to provide automation of its travel and entertainment expense management process.

“In looking for a Web-based T&E expense management solution, our main objective was to find the best possible solution that would eliminate our time-consuming paper-based administrative processes,” says Jack Greenberg, vice president, internal audit for The Rouse Company.

“We chose Concur because its solution has the most advanced functionality available on the market.”

Says Steve Singh, chairman, president, and chief executive officer for Concur: “During times of a slowing economy, companies need to be looking internally at their controllable costs to determine what business processes can reduce corporate spending and increase operational efficiencies.”

According to Concur, Concur Expense automates each step of the T&E expense management process — from expense report preparation and approval to policy compliance, data analysis, and reimbursement.
