Coradiant a Boston provider of Internet infrastructure and performance management services, has named Michael
Chuli, a 20-year industry vet, as president and CEO.

He was vice president of Internet and desktop services at Compaq and Digital, and spent 10 years with IBM in sales, marketing and manufacturing. Chuli earned a

As CEO, Chuli will work to expand Coradiant’s market share in the Internet infrastructure and applications performance management arenas, with a focus on
network infrastructure for complex Internet application needs.

“The opportunity to use our collective experiences in critical online systems and to leverage the company’s advanced technologies was too compelling to pass up,”
Chuli. “Coradiant’s model and approach is strikingly different from other players in this arena.”

Alistair Croll, cofounder and current president and CEO, will now take the position of chief strategy officer and remain a board member.
