Digital Paper Corp., a provider of secure technical content exchange and collaboration solutions, has announced four new customer agreements for its Intranet Docs technology, a Web-based product that collects, manages and distributes technical content (i.e., engineering drawings) without the need to re-engineer business processes.
Companies who have recently selected the Digital Paper developed technology include GE Power Systems, a $15 billion supplier of power generation technology, energy services and management systems; Eaton Navy Controls, a division of the $8 billion Eaton Corp. and provider of marine power control systems to governments across the globe; Volvo Car Corp, a $15.5 billion provider of sales, marketing, parts, service and training for Volvo automobile dealers worldwide; and Marconi Mobile, a mobile communications division of Marconi Corp., plc., a $9.8 billion global communications and IT company.
The Alexandria, Va.-based Digital Paper’s solutions are currently installed with more than 250 customers worldwide in discrete manufacturing, including automotive, aerospace and industrial equipment, as well as utilities and government organizations.
