Mail.com Inc., (NASDAQ:MAIL), a leading global provider of outsourced messaging services to enterprises, carriers, ISPs and websites, today (Jan 4) launched its Professional Services solutions for the business enterprise.
Mail.com’s Professional Services Group takes advantage of the growing demand for end-to-end messaging solutions and leverages Mail.com’s industry-recognized expertise in the messaging market. Mail.com’s Professional Services Group provides a host of on-site solutions ranging from Internet and new system development to enterprise network and system management and telecommunications support.
“Mail.com is well established in the outsourced messaging market, servicing our clients’ needs with the highest quality infrastructure and services in the industry,” said Brad Schrader, president of Mail.com. “But just as critical as the resources we deliver to corporate customers, is the expertise and experience we can offer. Our Professional Services Group builds on that strength, and allows Mail.com to leverage its resources on-site to bring customers a cost-effective messaging solution.”
The Professional Services Group, which consists of principle architects, project managers, system analysts and engineers, offers a full range of on-site hosting solutions, including Microsoft Exchange and network integration services. Other services critical to onsite messaging, such as database administration, client/server application development, network connectivity and desktop support services are also provided.
“Just as important as the value Mail.com’s Professional Services Group will deliver for customers, is the ability to offer complementary outsourced solutions,” Schrader said. “It’s a powerful combination that answers a customer’s in-house requirements, delivers the cost-cutting benefits of outsourcing and increases market share for Mail.com.”
Mail.com’s solution set includes hosted Microsoft Exchange, Novell GroupWise and web/POP3-based email and collaboration services; hosted email firewall services such as virus scanning, spam blocking and content filtering; and a full range of web-based, desktop and production Internet Fax solutions. Mail.com has IP network facilities in 20 key countries and currently serves more than 20.4 million seats and over 10,000 corporate customers worldwide.
