MetraTech Names CFO

MetraTech, a Waltham, Mass., maker of Web billing software for services companies, has named Christine J. Cox chief financial officer.

Cox comes to MetraTech from CUseeMe Networks, Inc. of Nashua, N.H. After nine months as corporate controller, she advanced to vice president of finance,
then CFO and treasurer within a year. During her four years in the later two positions, she managed the company’s turnaround from downsizing back to growth. She
also led investor relations and mergers and acquisitions.

Prior to that Cox worked from 1993 to 1996 at Sequoia Systems in Marlborough, Mass., starting as a financial analysis and planning manager and ending as division
controller and treasurer. Before that she worked in financial planning and analysis for IMO Baird Corp. in Bedford, Mass., from 1991 to 1993, and at Wang
Laboratories in Lowell, Mass. from 1986 to 1991.

“Christine’s experience with investment management and investor relations comes at the right time in our development as a company,” said MetraTech CEO Scott
Swartz. “Having a CFO on board will focus our attention more sharply on realizing the growth our company can achieve over the next few months.”
