Looking to extend its reach and grasp onto more small and mid-size business customers, Web-based ASP NetLedger Inc. yesterday announced a three-tier reseller program that targets channel partners, certified consultants and advisors.
The San Mateo, Calif.-based company says the goal of the program is to build an “industry ecosystem” around NetLedger’s Oracle Small Business Suite, NetSuite, NetCRM and NetLedger Advanced Accounting.
“Most of the Web-native ASPs in the market, whether accounting focused or customer relationship management focused, have considered the channel as an afterthought,” said Pat Ripepi, vice president of Channel Sales for NetLedger. “Our channel program is key to the continued rapid growth of sales at NetLedger.”
NetLedger’s new channel programs include the following options:
NetLedger Solution Provider Program is designed for system integrators and solution providers that are looking to sell and support a suite of Web-native applications for the small and mid-size market. Partners must have experience in promoting and implementing accounting and/or CRM software or with hosted applications. Program benefits include unlimited trial accounts, free demonstration accounts, an Oracle Small Business Suite for internal use, access to online sales and marketing resources, pre- and post sales technical support, a free Certified Consultant, participation in lead-generation programs, earned margin on software sales, and dedicated support from a channel sales team.
NetLedger Certified Consultant Program is designed as a credential program for technical consulting professionals who specialize in recommending, implementing and supporting NetLedger applications. Candidates are experienced in needs assessment, implementation, integration, training and on-going support of accounting and business management software. Certification levels are earned based on criteria such as the successful completion of assessment tests, attendance at advanced technical training and number of client references. Program benefits include free demonstration and trial accounts, access to online marketing and technical resources, unlimited technical support and support from a channel sales team.
NetLedger Trusted Advisor Program is designed for industry consultants, such as CPAs and financial advisors, educators and professional service providers who want to recommend NetLedger applications. The program provides unlimited trial accounts, a free demonstration account, access to online marketing and product information.
