Profitability Continues at SiteLite

Oct 30, 2001

SiteLite, the Irving, Calif.-based management services provider (MSP) for infrastructure and application management, today announced its continued success in achieving profitability.

The company’s strong third quarter results for the period ending September 30, 2001 mark the first quarter of profitability since SiteLite’s inception in 1995 and demonstrates the success of the MSP’s business model.

SiteLite has attained profitability for four months running. Revenues for the third quarter increased 50 percent from the previous quarter. SiteLite attributes its success, in part, to a focus on a platform and location neutral strategy:

“Our approach to infrastructure and application management makes SiteLite the perfect partner for hosting providers and the customers they serve,” says SiteLite COO Reddy Marri. “Our management delivery method works with any data center.”

SiteLite currently provides management services to 300 customers in over 50 data centers worldwide. It also has partnerships with large hosting providers including Exodus Communications, Inflow, Equinix, and Sprint.

“Our ability to continue to increase market share and maintain profitability demonstrates successful execution in all key areas of our business,” says SiteLite CEO Kumar Yamani. “Already in the fourth quarter, we have engaged several new partners including CyrusOne, Interxion, Pihana Pacific, and Switch and Data,” he concludes.
