Spinway Achieves 2 Million Milestone

May 8, 2000

Spinway Inc. Monday reported that its
co-branded free Internet services topped 2 million registered subscribers.

In the four and a half months since it first launched services, Spinway
rapidly established advertising network partnerships with offline brand
leaders to co-brand their free Internet services.

Spinway co-brands advertising supported free Internet access for partners,
which include Kmart’s BlueLight.com, NBCi , CollegeClub.com, and Latin American
ISP Tutopia.

Spinway further reported that it provided Internet access to 1.4 million
active consumers in March.

Danny Robinson, Spinway founder, chairman, and chief executive officer said
its rapid growth demonstrates Spinway’s ability to attract and retain
consumers delivering ISP services from an advertising supported business model.

“The Spinway network offers advertisers unsurpassed targetability and
tracking, the power to evoke emotion with entertaining full motion videos
and the ability to more effectively measure return on investment,” Robinson
said. “Without impacting the performance of the consumers’ Internet
connection or sacrificing their privacy.”
