Sprint and mobile management software firm Good Technology are joining forces to support Android mobile devices in the enterprise.

The Samsung Galaxy Tab, EVO 4G and Epic 4G Sprint (NYSE: S), all running the mobile operating system Android, are available on the nation’s No. 3 wireless network.

Sprint (NYSE: S) and Good Technology want to provide both small and larger companies with support for these mobile devices through the Sprint Business division.

The new offering, dubbed “Good for Enterprise — Android,” focuses on mobile security and mobile messaging.

Sprint joins fellow carriers Verizon and AT&T in the mobile management services arena, mirroring an industry-wide trend — Dell, Motorola, Zenprise, MobileIron, BoxTone and others are all expanding mobile device management offerings.
