Business solutions firm Click Interactive Wednesday
released the latest version of its extranet software, Click Commerce
software, version 3.0.

Click Commerce 3.0 is a scalable infrastructure tool enabling companies to
authorize and authenticate users and manage access privileges from a single
entry point for their extranets. It is made to allow customized user
interfaces individual to each customer’s needs.

Included in version 3.0 is an extranet manager tool, designed to allow
clients to administer tasks to different parts of an organization. Users
can manage third-party applications or applications developed in-house
without modifying the application. It can serve as a clearinghouse for
authorizations, authentication, user information, session management,
language translations and logging information.

The updated software includes application modules, customizable automated
tools for business, specifically for customer service functions.

“The Click Commerce software suite is fast becoming a standard among
manufacturers as they are moving their business-critical functions to the
Internet,” said Michael Ferro, chief executive officer of Click
Interactive. “With Click Commerce 3.0, Click Interactive is continuing the
evolution of our product
line by offering some of the most powerful tools for business partner
relationship management.”
