HotOffice Technologies Inc. Friday announced
distribution deals with
Internet provider ZipLink LLC and reseller The ASCII Group for its HotOfice Web-based
intranet service.

The product allows customers to instantly set up an intranet using any PC
and a dial-up Internet connection.

ZipLink will market and distribute a
co-branded version of HotOffice to its customers, making the software
available both on its Web site and on CD-ROM.

The ASCII Group will market HotOffice to its more than 1,000 resellers,
which mainly focus on the small business market. The two companies will
also partner in several marketing and promotion activities.

“Our members are always looking for better ways to service their small
business customers and HotOffice brings the perfect solution to the table,”
said Jerry Koutavas, director of business development for The ASCII Group.

“ZipLink and HotOffice will be the perfect combination for our small
business customers,” said Ron Lipof, Ziplink’s vice president of marketing.
“By adding the powerful communication and collaboration features of
HotOffice to our existing lineup of Internet access services, users can
turn the Internet into a true business tool.”
