Netegrity Inc. and NetDynamics Inc. reported today the companies will begin
offering a joint secure access, network management solution for use across
intranets and extranets.

The agreement calls for the integration of Netegrity’s SiteMinder network
security product with NetDynamics 4.0, a platform designed for enterprises
to monitor network access.

The companies report the interoperable solution will provide companies with
centralized access control, secure personalized content, and single Web
sign-on for access to NetDynamics’ Web-based enterprise applications.

Netegrity and NetDynamics stated they will promote each other’s products to
their existing client base, as well as train their customers on how to
implement the integrated solution. The companies will also work together to
optimize interoperability in future releases of their products.

“By combining NetDynamics’ award-winning enterprise platform with Netegrity’s
SiteMinder, we have a heterogeneous, yet secure, offering for corporate
customers building business-critical intranet and extranet applications,”
said Stephen Zocchi, vice president of business development at NetDynamics.
