Open Text Corp.
and Unisys Corp.’s Latin America and
Caribbean Division (LACD) said they will partner to sell and support Livelink Intranet in Mexico, Central and South America, and the Caribbean.

The companies announced that Unisys will be responsible for expanding
market penetration of Open Text’s Livelink product, an enterprise-scalable management application designed to capture, share, and reuse corporate data.

“Partnering with Unisys is an important opportunity for Open Text,” said
Brett Newbold, president, Open Text Corporation. “Their established presence in the Latin America market, coupled with Open Text’s leading collaborative knowledge management software, will enable Latin American companies to realize the same benefits that Global 2000 companies like Ford and Motorola have achieved with enterprise deploys of Livelink.”

“Our customers have been asking for a collaborative knowledge management
solution for enterprise-wide applications,” said Robert H. Cook, president,
Unisys Latin America and Caribbean Division. “With Livelink, we are able to introduce a proven solution that will significantly extend the ability of our customers to leverage corporate knowledge in order to meet their missions and
objectives.”
