24/7 Europe named Antti Erdnne, former
managing director of Finnish online sales company Netbooking, to head its
mobile and digital development and its new division, Digital Channels Group.

The move follows 24/7’s acquisition of Netbooking on Aug. 31, which combined
Netbooking and 24/7 Suomi operations for online ad sales.

Erdnne, 34, will become Strategic Development Director of 24/7 Europe.

Heading the Digital Channels Group, which will provide new marketing
solutions for European advertisers, he will also direct 24/7 Europe’s
development through converging mobile, digital TV and Internet technologies.

The new advertising solutions available will include WAP (Wireless
Application Protocol) applications and multimedia solutions for TV and PC,
such as online TV commercials.

Erdnne also becomes a member of the 24/7 Suomi board of directors. He will be
based at 24/7 Suomi’s offices in Helsinki.
