French e-commerce software editor Access Commerce will become the latest to list on the Nouveau Marché, with the date set for Tuesday.
Thirty five percent of the company’s capital will be offered at a price
between 16.4 and 18.9 euros. Access Commerce aims to raise 50 million francs (US$7 million) through the IPO.
After Integra, which was the first Internet company to come into the stock market last June, Access Commerce will be the first software editor to enter Nouveau Marché.
Created in 1987, Access Commerce has developed many programs, though its flagship product continues to be the Cameleon application. The e-commerce suite allows companies to sell products or
services which can be personalized to the needs of each customer.
Access Commerce is expected to become an important brand on the e-commerce market, especially with its B-to-B interactive
commerce systems. At the moment, the company caters to more than 75 customers in Europe, including Alcatel, La Redoute and Thomson.
The company announced revenues of 2 million francs for this year, and projects that the figure will triple by next year. Its turnover this year is estimated to be 113 million francs.
In February, Access Commerce has signed a distribution agreement with QAD Inc, the fourth editor of ERP, and plans to use the deal to support its entry into the US market. The company has also opened offices in Montreal and Melbourne.
