Ad management technology provider AdForce Inc. Thursday announced the launch of its Asian operations.

AdForce, which claims to serve 9 billion online ads monthly, indicated that it will use its ad management and delivery technology, through data centers in Hong Kong and Beijing, to serve ads in Hong Kong, China, Taiwan and Singapore.

In addition to offices in Hong Kong and Beijing, the company plans to setup offices throughout Asia.

AdForce will immediately begin serving ads for leading Greater China portal Sina.com, publishing systems developer Compuserve Consultant Ltd., and 24/7 Media Asia, the Asian ad network run by China.com Corp. on behalf of 24/7 Media Inc. in the U.S.

Chuck Berger, AdForce’s chairman and CEO, said that his company was happy to be working with the China space’s market leader Sina.com with its 200 million monthly page views and over 1 million registered users.

Patrick Wong, 24/7’s deputy managing director in Asia, said that the scalable nature of AdForce’s technology permitted 24/7 to concentrate on its core competencies, Internet advertising and online direct marketing through its network. 24/7 yesterday reported that it signed up 175 Web sites and 200 advertisers in six months and that it serves 30 million impressions daily.

“We have expanded our relationship with AdForce to include Asia because we are confident in their technology and their responsive customer service,” added Wong.

InternetNews.com has learned that Sina.com is receiving ad networking services from 24/7 Media Asia, which is managed by China.com — a competitor of Sina in the Chinese portal space.
