Europe’s top Internet-based recruitment firm
topjobs.net plc Tuesday signed
a multinational deal with AOL Europe
that will put its service on each of AOL’s European properties.

topjobs.net will link to the CompuServe brands across Europe
and on Netscape Online in the UK, AOL’s first free ISP in the region.

The deal covers the UK, Germany, the Netherlands,
Sweden and Switzerland, but is for this year only. It makes
“Top Jobs on the Net” the main jobs partner on AOL’s “Careers”
services, becoming a system keyword on all three AOL Europe services.

“The partnership furthers our strategy of becoming the dominant provider
of branded Internet recruitment solutions across Europe, which is our
core business competency and growth area,” said Victor Kaminski, president
and chief executive officer of topjobs.net.

Kaminski said that strategic partnerships strengthens the value
of the topjobs.net brand and is expected to drive more targeted traffic
to its Web sites, thereby growing its customer base.

topjobs.net also reported Tuesday that its total number of unique visitors
was up 41 per cent over the previous quarter and a more-than-respectable
379 per cent over the same period a year ago.

At the end of December, topjobs.net had a total of 443,637 registered
job seekers, an increase of 593 per cent over last year’s figure.

Top Jobs on the Net enables customers to create and manage their own
branded Internet recruitment advertising campaigns. Its policy is
to provide premium-serviced and priced, longer-term contracts for
large multinational companies.

Although focused on the Internet, topjobs.net maintains offices around in the UK, Ireland, Switzerland, Poland, Australia, Thailand, Sweden, Norway, and the Netherlands.
