Click2Asia, Centerseat Satisfy Yen for Specialty Programming

Internet media company Click2Asia Inc., and Centerseat Inc., a vertically integrated digital media firm,
Tuesday announced the launch of a co-branded entertainment Web site for the Asian market.

The Click2Asia Webcast will offer Click2Asia.com members the opportunity to view
programs selected from Centerseat’s menu of entertainment content and commerce options. In addition to providing original shows, Centerseat will be work closely with Click2Asia.com to identify and
release Asian-language programs from its repertoire.

Shows will
be presented on a scheduled and on-demand basis. All programming is free and will include full motion video, contextually related interactive rich media information and e-commerce opportunities.

“The Webcast will add a dynamic, interactive entertainment destination
for Click2Asia.com members,” said Scott Harmolin, chief executive officer of Centerseat. “The
programming covers an array of
engaging topics, from celebrity news to martial arts demonstrations.”
