CyberSafe Promotes Fox to COO

CyberSafe Corporation, a provider of e-security solutions and services, has promoted Rick Fox to President and Chief Operating Officer.

Fox previously served as CyberSafe Executive Vice President of Operations and CFO. John Rodriguez, CyberSafe Vice President of Finance will assume the role of Chief Financial Officer.

The new President and COO joined CyberSafe in April 2000 from Wall Data where he was CFO and a member of the Board of Directors responsible for the company’s finance, operations, and human resources activities.

Prior to Wall Data, Rick spent twenty-eight years with Ernst & Young, last serving as Managing Partner of the Seattle office.

“I’m looking forward to contributing in my expanded role,” states Fox. “My financial background will be helpful in steering CyberSafe through the challenging economic times that many companies are presently experiencing. We’ve recently raised new funding from our investors, and seeing their confidence through to a positive operational cash flow is a paramount obligation.”
