CyberShop Teams With Microsoft Plaza, @Home Network, PointCast

CyberShop International Inc. in New York City established marketing relationships with three Internet services, the Microsoft Plaza, @Home Network and the PointCast Network.

Cybershop, an online department store, also recently signed deals with Excite and GeoCities.

“These alliances will further enhance our presence on the Internet and will
drive additional traffic to the cybershop.com site,” said Jill Markus, vice
president of business development at CyberShop. Financial terms of the deals
were not disclosed.

CyberShop will be a featured site in the Microsoft Plaza through its 18-month
interactive merchant agreement with Microsoft’s online shopping channel.

Under terms of the agreement, visitors can reach CyberShop through other Microsoft properties, including MSNBC, Microsoft Start page, MSN Premier, and msn.com. In addition, CyberShop will participate in a variety of promotional
opportunities, including the professional gift guide, Pamela’s Picks, and
feature new items in the Plaza Specials areas.

CyberShop also signed an eight-month agreement with @Home Network for an extensive broadband
interactive marketing campaign designed to drive customers to cybershop.com.

And, CyberShop signed a nine-month advertising deal with PointCast for targeted banner advertising
on the PointCast Network giving viewers easy access to CyberShop’s Gifts
Wrapped & Ready service, which allows customers to have select gifts wrapped
and shipped within 24 hours.
