Feeding the current stock frenzy, EDGAR Online Monday unveiled IPO Express, a free service designed
to provide investors information concerning upcoming, current and past
initial public offerings.

IPO Express provides information on filings, pricings and performance of
the more than 2,600 IPO filings and 1,400 underwriters. Users can search by
industry, company, underwriter and geographic location. Users are provided
details on the offering, the business, financials, management,
shareholders, competition, underwriters, auditors and legal counsel and
risk factors, said the company.

EDGAR Online also offers Online People, a person-based search tool and
Online Personal, and Web and e-mail alerting system.

“IPO data is a natural extension of what EDGAR Online offers it customers,”
said Susan Strausberg, EDGAR Online’s chief executive officer. “We aim to be a leading
source of business, financial and competitive intelligence derived from SEC
data, and IPO Express is a major initiative to help us meet that goal.”
