Seattle-based contact center solutions developer Envision Telephony Inc. teamed with CRM solutions provider Edify Corp., an S1 Corp. company, to provide customers with solutions for expanding their customer service capabilities.
The agreement has the companies collaborating on joint marketing and sales opportunities.
