E*TRADE Canada Launches Financial Webcast Series

E*TRADE Canada announced the E*TRADE Canada Live
Webcast seminar series, to be aired online Sunday April 26th, 1998,
from 8pm to 9pm EST.


Utilizing the latest real-time audio/video broadcast technology, this is the
first in a series of E*TRADE Canada Live seminars hosted by president
Colleen Moorehead.


“The Internet offers a new way for investors to do research, and for
organizations like E*TRADE Canada to provide education and relevant content
for investors,” said Moorehead. “It offers convenience, control and
comprehensive information.”


Featured guests and industry experts will cover such diverse topics as
Financial Planning, Investing in Technology Stocks, Option Strategies for
the Aggressive Investor, and Understanding Technical Analysis.


The first of the series will feature guest speaker Jerry White, renowned
author, authority on financial, retirement, and investment
planning, radio and television host, and online enthusiast. A live
audio/video/text chat will follow, providing consumers with immediate
interactive, at-home access to the investment experts.
