iLink Global Launches Delivery Service for Auction Sites

Logistics technology provider TraffiCop Inc. launched iLink Global, a new international
delivery management service aimed at auction sites.

Online auction sites typically don’t provide shipping services or solutions
for international transactions, leaving buyers and sellers to search for
their own answers, the company said.

iLink Global said it fills this “missing link” with logistics solutions for
Internet auction sites, automating the shipping process through its
Web-centric logistics technology and services.

“A tidal wave of international transactions is beginning to hit the Internet
auction community, as well as the entire Web-based e-commerce world,” said
Paul Stukel, president of TraffiCop.

“iLink provides auction sites and other
e-commerce companies a turnkey, outsourced solution for anticipating and
successfully fulfilling their customers requirements for international
shipping and logistics.”

Early customers of iLink’s solutions include Internet auctioneer Gavelnet.Com.

iLink’s solutions include ratings, carrier comparison and selection, price
and delivery options. The system also enables all participants in the process
to check the status of a shipment in real time from start to finish.
