INEX Corp. and London-based DataCash formed a partnership to deliver
an integrated e-commerce solution combining the INEX Commerce Court Internet
storefront applications and the DataCash payment gateway for the UK and
Europe.

The bundled products will be actively co-marketed by both companies and sold
through their respective reseller channels. Financial arrangements were not
disclosed.

DataCash will be integrated with INEX Commerce Court Lite and Professional
editions designed for small and medium businesses, in addition to INEX
ezStore, a Web-based storefront creation and management application designed
for OEM licensing agreements with portals and ISPs that wish to offer
e-commerce solutions to their small business customers.

The DataCash Payment Gateway is a combination of an online service and suite
of software modules that acts as a real-time payment mechanism for Internet
commerce sites. DataCash checks the validity of the credit card details
entered by the cardholder and initiates the transfer of the monies to the
merchant bank account. DataCash supports all major credit and debit cards.

In addition, DataCash is a multi-currency system enabling transactions in
more than 150 currencies.
