Internet payment service provider E-Commerce Exchange, signed a deal with Planet Payment that allows it to
launch a gateway for international merchant accounts offering one-stop
e-commerce credit card payment solutions in multiple currencies.

The gateway, provided by Planet Payment, an international payment solutions
provider, will allow ECX to offer e-businesses the ability to accept credit
cards online, in real time and in most currencies via a system that is
compatible with most shopping cart technologies.

Financial arrangements of the deal with Planet Payment were not disclosed.

Planet Payment said its solution enables Internet merchants to accept Visa,
MasterCard and American Express credit cards and is compatible with most
shopping cart technologies using its state-of-the-art payment gateway powered
by Authorize.Net.

ECX, which markets its services to small and home-based businesses, business
owners with limited credit, and others considered non- conventional and
therefore
high-risk, said it will initially begin offering its services in Canada, the
Caribbean
and Latin America.

ECX offers a variety of products including web storefront design and
construction, setup of merchant credit card accounts and secure online credit
card and check processing. The company recently received a $30 million
capital infusion from venture capital firm Summit Partners LP.
