Intel has released a new site on the Internet for Brazilian users of its WebOutfitter service.

The new Web site was developed by Intel to offer online access to several exclusive services that use advanced audio-visual resources such as digital photography, 3D images, and high definition sound.

The site has been operational in Brazil since June 10 and has already
registered more than 300,000 hits.

“Now, besides offering the best technology hardware for Internet, Intel is also offering the best experience on the Net, based on a Web site optimized for Pentium III computer users,” says Norival Lucio, marketing manager at Intel do Brasil. “We’re very optimistic with this new profile Intel is having in this industry.”

Since last year Intel has been making constant investments on initiatives based on Internet, including regional Web site
creation for each of the countries where the company is present.
