internet.com Becomes INT Media Group

internet.com Corp., the Internet & IT Network, announced Tuesday that it
has changed its name from internet.com Corp. to INT Media Group Inc., to
more accurately reflect its current business model.

“Our name change from internet.com Corporation to INT Media Group more
accurately reflects our current business as a media
company as well as our strategy to continue to expand our services, online
and offline, to Internet and IT professionals,” stated internet.com Chairman
and CEO Alan M. Meckler. “Online, the internet.com Network, including the
recently acquired
EarthWeb sites, is a trade publishing company unmatched by any other with
nearly 5.0 million unique Internet and IT rofessional users worldwide.
Offline, we have over 40 Internet and IT-specific events scheduled for 2001
for our seminar operations, which include a number of internally generated
properties as well as the recently acquired Intermedia Group events. We are
also moving aggressively into market research with the recent launch of our
CyberAtlas Research Division and the research services already offered by
Intermedia Group.”

The name change was approved at the annual meeting of stockholders on
Thursday, May 24. The company will continue to trade
on Nasdaq under its current ticker symbol INTM.
