internet.com Sets IPO Share Price at $14

internet.com Corp., publisher of InternetNews.com, Thursday announced that its initial public offering of 3.4 million shares of common stock has been priced at an offering price of $14 per share.

Underwriters are U.S. Bancorp Piper Jaffray Inc., William Blair & Co. and DLJdirect Inc. The price was raised from its initial range of $10-$12 per share.

internet.com includes 62 Web sites, 44 e-mail newsletters, 55 online discussion forums and 52 moderated e-mail discussion lists for Internet industry and Internet technology professionals, Web developers and experienced Internet users. Approximately 1.8 million unique users generate over 47 million page views monthly.

The stock is expected to begin trading on the Nasdaq National Market under the symbol INTM on Friday.
