AOL (NYSE:AOL) continues to sell its audience reach with a $15 million deal with NetGrocer that allows the Web-based grocer to market on AOL properties.

Mindspring (NASDAQ:MSPG) agrees to acquire small Internet service provider SBnet, a division of Santa Barbara, CA-based Warp 9 Technologies, LLC. Terms undisclosed.

DoubleClick (NASDAQ:DCLK) announces a localized Web ad network delivery system aimed at serving the local business market. We think it’s a good move as the Web mantra goes: think global, act local; act local, think global.
