IPOs Next Week Include Crayfish, Riverdeeps

While there will not be the incredible hype of Palm Computing, next week should
have some barn-burning IPOs.

It looks like Iprint will print IPO dollars next week. The company
offers
one-stop online print services for small businesses and consumers.
Their online print shop,
connected to commercial print vendors, is an online alternative to
traditional short-run mass market print shops. Their business solution
is to offer a
convenient and automated approach to customized, short-run printed
products.

Credit Suisse First Boston is handling the 4.5 million offering. The
price
range is $8 to $10 and the proposed symbol is IPRT.

Net2000 provides the telecommunications services to businesses in the
mid-Atlantic and northeastern regions of the United States. As an
alternative to telephone companies, they provide high-speed local and long distance
data and Internet services from their own network and then bill on a single

Introduced in July 1998, the company had acquired more than 1,000 business
customers, representing approximately 70,000 access lines.

The proposed ticker symbol is NTKK. Goldman, Sachs is the lead
underwriter.
The price range is $13 to $15.

OTG Software provides online data storage management and data access
solutions. Over a variety of network architectures, businesses can move,
store, manage and access data quickly and efficiently. Some of their
customers are American Airlines, PSINet, the University of Miami and the
U.S. Department of Defense.

Credit Suisse First Boston is the lead underwriter. The proposed symbol
is
OTGS for this 4 million share offering. The price range is $12 to $14.

Riverdeep, a Dublin-based company, specializes in Math, Science and
Language Arts software. They focus on creating educational software for
the K-12
market for delivery over the Internet. Their facilities include a
development center in Dublin, Ireland, an engineering and web editorial
team in Israel,
and Web producers in Cambridge, Massachusetts.

Credit Suisse First Boston is the lead underwriter. The proposed ticker symbol is RVDP and the price range is $15 to $18.

Selectica provides Internet selling system software and services that
enable companies to efficiently sell complex products and services over
intranets, extranets and the Internet. Their Internet solution allows companies to deploy to personal computers, in-store kiosks and mobile devices. Their principal competitors include Calico Commerce, FirePond and Trilogy
Software.

The price range is $9 to $11 and the proposed symbol is SLTC. Credit
Suisse First Boston is the lead underwriter.

If you have a “yen” for Japanese, look at Crayfish, and the proposed
ticker symbol is CRFH. Crayfish provides e-mail services to small and mid-sized Japanese businesses.

Morgan Stanley Dean Witter is the lead underwriter for this 4.35 million share offering, with the price range of $12 to $14.
