ISDEX ends the week at a new record close, 640.61 making many wonder how much higher the group can go. Yahoo’s better-than-expected results may be part of the driving force. Amazon and eBay’s results could further the run if they exceed expectations. Today’s snapshot:

Digital River (NASDAQ:DRIV) files a complaint against rival Beyond.com (NASDAQ:BYND) in reference to apparent remarks Beyond made at its road show about Digital River. It would probably be better if these two fought it out in the electronic-software delivery market rather than the complaint department. Or maybe a WWF event.
Verio (NASDAQ:VRIO) shares pop 29% to a new high of $61.25 on a tout from DLJ that puts a 12-month target share price at $75 for the Internet service provider.
Broadcast.com (NASDAQ:BCST) gets lowered to “neutral” from “buy” by Raymond James. At $147 per share I think BCST perhaps has made its move on the Yahoo takeover.
theglobe.com (NASDAQ:TGLO) announces a 2-for-1 stock split and the marketing event triggers a run in TGLO shares, up 34% to $78.9375. The community site was one of my top stocks to watch in 1999 and until now one of the few to lag the group.
