[Toronto, CANADA] – JAWS Technologies Inc. inked a business alliance with eInc Internet, an Application Service Provider (ASP) specializing in online commerce, marketing, and applications.

JAWS will provide information security and network storage services to eInc clients. In turn, eInc will promote JAWS’ range of security services to new and existing eInc clients.

Robert Kubbernus, chairman and chief executive officer of JAWS Technologies Inc. said that the new arrangement allows them to leverage their association with eInc to increase market range and scope, while providing eInc with the backend security needed to offer a full service solution to their clients.

eInc Internet offers strategic planning, site production, launch and promotion, along with maintenance and support. It is positioned as a single source for meeting the e-commerce and Internet marketing needs of small and medium-sized businesses, according to Miro Zecevic, chief executive officer of eInc. He added, ” Now, through our association with JAWS, we can truly offer a complete solution to our customers.”

JAWS Technologies provides secure information management solutions including security software products, consulting services and secure Internet and remote data storage services for client groups including governments, cyber crime and forensics, healthcare, financial services, e-commerce, and telecom suppliers such as application service providers and information service providers.
