JFAX.COM Thursday debuted its Free Fax Plus in the UK, offering free access to voice-mail and faxes via the Internet.

The free service assigns users a personal phone number in the UK, through which it delivers all faxes and voice-mail messages to the user’s e-mail.

The company’s Personal Telecom service gives users the option of phone numbers in 70 markets worldwide, allows subscribers to both send and receive faxes and voice-mails, and offers the capability to access the faxes and messages over the phone.

“Our decision to launch Free Fax Plus in the UK demonstrates JFAX.COM’s strong commitment to meet Internet messaging needs in rapidly growing European territories,” said Muller.

The move follows JFAX.COM’s

recent launch in Japan, and the company says it still has an eye on future international expansion.
